1.3 Downloading files

Downloading project files

If VIBES shares project files with you, you can find them in the dedicated project folder in the VIBES Portal.

To download project files, complete the next steps:

1. Login to the VIBES Portal.
2. Click Projects on the left menu.
3. Select the correct project from the list.
4. Click Files.
5. Click next to the file you want to download.
6. Select Download.

Downloading other files

If VIBES shares files that do not belong to projects with you, you can find them in the dedicated folder in the VIBES Portal.

To download these files, complete the next steps:

1. Login to the VIBES Portal.
2. Click Files on the left menu.
3. Click Shared with me.
4. Select the folder you are interested in to open it.
5. Click next to the file you want to download.
6. Select Download.
