5.7 Inspector

The inspector allows you to view and edit the details of your topology items, their interfaces, and links, by clicking on them in the design area.

Editing the interface mapping of components

You can edit the interface mapping of a component at a later stage in the inspector.

To edit the interface mapping, complete the next steps:

1. Select the component in the Design Area.
2. In the Inspector, click Edit next to Interface Mapping.
3. Drag and drop the model interface to the correct topology interface.

Selecting the link DoFs

You can select which Degrees of Freedom you want to have or remove from the link.

To edit the link DoFs, complete the next steps:

1. Select a link in the Design Area.
2. Check or uncheck the checkbox corresponding to the desired DoF.
