Dr. Håvard Vold is a pivotal figure in the field of NVH. His contributions left a lasting impact on the NVH community, where he is widely recognized for inventing the Vold-Kalman filter. Additionally, he made notable contributions to modal analysis, further enhancing our understanding of structural dynamics and vibration behavior. Dr. Vold also pioneered Dynamic Substructuring using test-based models in the ’80s. His pioneering work continues to be a cornerstone in the study of NVH, influencing research and practical applications in various industries.
During his keynote, he will take us back to this era with the title “Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose”.
