1.2 The VIBES Portal

Introduction to the VIBES portal

The VIBES portal is an online environment that VIBES clients can access.

In the VIBES portal, you can:

• Download the VIBES software.
• Download files shared by VIBES.
• Upload files that you want to share with VIBES.

You can find the portal at https://portal.vibestechnology.com/. To access it, you have to register and wait for the account approval.

Registering to the portal

Creating an account

To access the portal and perform any action, you first need to create an account.

To create an account, complete the next steps:

1. Go to the VIBES portal https://portal.vibestechnology.com/
2. Press Start now at the bottom of the page. A new page with a fillable form will open.
3. Fill up the module with all the required information.
4. Press Submit.

Approving and activating the account

After registering to the portal, VIBES will approve your request (this action will take up to 48 hours). After the approval, you will receive a confirmation email with the information to activate your account.

To activate the account, complete the following steps:

1. Go to your emails and open the confirmation email.
2. Click on Click here to Activate. A new web page will open.
3. Fill out the form that appears. Here, you will have to set a password.
4. Click on Save Password and Login.

Logging into the account

After creating and activating the account, you must log in to the portal with the created credentials.

To log in to the portal, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the VIBES portal https://portal.vibestechnology.com/
2. Fill in the Email and Password fields with the created credentials.
3. Press Login. You will have access to the VIBES portal.

Downloading files

After the account has been approved, you can download the files that VIBES has shared.

To download the shared file, complete the following steps:

1. Login to the portal.
2. Click on Files. It can be found in the menu on the left side. A new page will open.
3. Click on Shared with me. Here you can find all the folders that VIBES has shared with you.
4. Click on the one you are interested in. The folder will open, showing the files it contains.
5. Click on the arrow on the right side of the screen and select Download. The file is now downloading.

Uploading files

You can also share files with VIBES by uploading them to the portal.

To upload files, complete the following steps:

1. Login to the portal.
2. Click on Files. It can be found in the menu on the left side. A new page will open.
3. To create a new folder (recommended when sharing multiple files), click on New folder.
4. Click on Upload files.
5. Browse for the file that needs to be uploaded and open it. A bar will appear at the bottom of the page showing the progress of the upload.

It is also possible to drag and drop the files in the window to upload them.
